National Skills Week will again set out to bring to life the positive messages, highlighting the talents, the skills, the career pathways and the value of apprentices and trainees across Australia to the wider public and employers. The week is dedicated to raising the status of practical and vocational learning.
National Skills Week will take place during 23-29 August 2021 and there are many ways you can be involved, including:
- host or organise an event to promote vocational education, career pathways, apprenticeships, case studies
- showcase and profile your organisation to promote career paths and opportunities in your industry
- highlight skilling and training in your organisation via a social media campaign
- engage a VET alumni or inspiring career model to talk at your event
