Queensland Trucking Association established the VET 4 T&L industry engagement program in 2014 to support ongoing reform and operations of the vocational education and training system in Queensland. This program is funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training and covers all sectors of industry including road transport, passenger transport, logistics, rail, aviation and maritime.
We aim to raise awareness about vocational education and training opportunities available to industry and are committed to providing feedback to the Queensland Government about current and future skilling priorities as identified by industry.
As part of this, we are seeking feedback from industry on the following:
- what is your view on current VET Investment funding settings for Transport & Logistics in Queensland?
- what do you see as the most important training and skilling priorities for your sector?
- are there other opportunities for further support?
- any additional feedback?

Feedback to be submitted by close of business Friday 12 March 2021.
