Career Revive offers medium to large businesses (50+ employees) the opportunity to receive tailored business improvement assistance to help develop strategies to recruit talented women seeking to return to work.
Businesses who participate in the initiative will benefit from expert advice provided by Business Improvement Consultants at no cost to them.
The Business Improvement Consultants will:
- support your business by reviewing your business’ physical workplace, processes, policies and workplace culture to identify potential barriers that might prevent your business from attracting talented women seeking to return to work
- offer guidance on how to improve these practices and policies and develop a tailored action plan to establish a supported returner program and address other barriers within your business
- develop a case study of the business for inclusion on the Department of Education, Skills and Employment website that provides learnings for other businesses.
The expression of interest (EOI) process to select 21 businesses for the Career Revive initiative, including 11 regional businesses, closes on COB Friday, 11 June 2021.
